By using Suroyn, you enter into a binding agreement with bisaya.dev (the Operator), a sole proprietorship registered in the Philippines, which operates Suroyn at suroyn.com. References to "we", "us", or "Suroyn" mean bisaya.dev.
Suroyn helps people plan trips (itineraries, packing lists, expenses, files, comments), alone or with others, and lets you browse tour packages from selected tour companies. Suroyn is provided as-is and may evolve over time.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Suroyn. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Trip details, files, and other content you upload remain yours. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process this content as needed to operate Suroyn for you and people you've shared a trip with. We do not claim ownership and do not use your trip content for marketing without your explicit permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Tour packages on Discover are listed by independent tour companies. Suroyn curates which companies appear on the platform but is not a party to any booking, transaction, or arrangement between you and a tour company.
When you submit an inquiry, your message is prefilled and you are redirected to the company's Facebook Messenger. The conversation, any pricing, payment, refund, cancellation, and trip execution are between you and the tour company, governed by their own terms. Suroyn is not responsible for the conduct, content, or outcomes of these arrangements.
We will, however, remove a tour company from Suroyn if we receive credible reports of bad faith or repeated complaints.
We aim to keep Suroyn available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Suroyn and bisaya.dev are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost trips, lost data, or third-party actions, including those of tour companies on the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) PHP 1,000.
You agree to indemnify bisaya.dev against claims arising from your misuse of Suroyn, your content, or your violation of these terms or any law.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. On termination, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of the Philippines.
We may update these terms over time. If we make material changes, we'll email registered users and post a notice on Suroyn at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Suroyn after that date means you accept the new terms.
